Announcing2014GrantRecipients A wonderful evening October 30, 2014 at The Atrium in Redding celebrating our 5th birthday, hearing the strides / successes from last year’s grantees and learning the 2014 Grant Recipients:

 

 

 

• The SMART Business Resource Center for the Smart Steps for Women program – $10,000 to help prepare women with the skills they need to achieve their National Work Readiness credential.

• Girls Incorporated of the Northern Sacramento Valley for the Economic Literacy program – $10,000 to provide eight programs on economic literacy to 12- to 18-year-old girls in local schools.

• California Heritage YouthBuild Academy (CHYBA) for the Creating Opportunities for Women through Education & Training program – $15,000 to provide job training, mentoring, and education to help more young women achieve increased financial self-sufficiency.
